You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged or defective product
• Item significantly different from the description

Non-returnable items

• Perishable food items (unless damaged on arrival)
• Personal care / beauty products that have been opened
• Items marked as final sale

How to start a return

3. We will arrange pickup or provide return instructions

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet after verification.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact support to arrange an exchange for size or colour where applicable.
